I’m convinced that it will be a mistake or at best an ordinary signing if we blew £78/$110 million on Jadon Sancho — to me £35/$50 million is a fair price & also we gotta consider the pandemic which is making every club bleed endlessly. Also, we’ve Amad Diallo, who was specifically brought in to resolve United’s right-wing issues. Also I rather invest £100/$140 million on Harry Kane — than Sancho — Reason: Superstars in Germany —Kai Havertz & Timo Werner— are struggling to make a mark in England.
5. United’s backline is good with Lindelof-Maguire-WanBissaka-Shaw but as recent history has proven — to win the Premier League, you need a Ruben Dias or Virgil van Dijk. And also, the bench is filled with rookies or under-performing or always-injured players. Who will you bring in to make the Defence a Fortress this summer so United can win the league in the 2022-23 season, if not 2021-22?
6. Let’s talk about the mid-field. Fred-McTomimay are good, but not what makes United serious Title contenders. As of now I am aware that United is looking at Camavinga & Grealish. How would you make our Mid-field like the triple Champions League winning Real Madrid’s magical Modric-Kroos-Casemiro trio?
7. Who are the players United must off-load to decrease their enormous wage bills & clear funds for new signings? Please sell Marital to Mars United 🙂
8. Bench strength is of utmost importance if you want to win the Premier or Champions League.
Injuries are unavoidable & unpredictable — everyone saw the massive drop-off Liverpool suffered after the injuries to key players & how City went on a ridiculous 28-game unbeaten run even without their Champion No.9 Sergio Aguero or Kevin De Bruyne.
With Matic, Mata & Phil-Injury Jones, United’s bench clearly isn’t up to the mark? Can you tell me your entire United Squad for next season with players on the bench who aren’t rookies, instagram-models, Divas, party-monsters, well past their use-by date or injury-magnets?
