My College finished in 2005 & with it finished all my physical activities like Cricket, Tennis, Badminton, & Roaming around Aimlessly on Foot. Time became scarce & the Office chair became my Ass’s & my BFF.
It was in early 2006 that I knew that I had to find something that I could independently to keep my Immunity & Health at Top Speed. I began running for 20 minutes each day beginning February 2006. I maintained it for the entire month & then I moved to Bombay. I almost stopped running.
I began again in May 2007 & ran for almost 2 months & gave up again. I yet again picked it for a month in early 2008 but never stuck to a proper routine.
It was August 2008 when I finally got a solid routine going & now it’s 21 April 2020, and I’ve beaten Mahatma Gandhi’s record of 79,000 kilometers [1912-1947] that took him 35 years – I broke it in 13 years [2007-2020].
In this visceral/funny Podcast, I’ll take you through my Journey & also compel you to put your shoes on & Run, Run & Run more.
Fun Fact: I have NOT been ill – even once – since 2014. For the past 6 six, I have not fallen sick once. And all this became possible because of the non-human love of my Life: “Running” like a Cheetah is Chasing me – every fucking day. And I’m gonna keep running till my last day on Earth.
